Wipro BPS is looking for Manager for Corporate Action - Investment Banking domain

Experience - 8-10yrs

Pune - Night Shifts

Mumbai - UK shifts.

- Strong knowledge of the Capital / Money Market.

- Strong knowledge of various capital / money market instruments such as Equities, government securities / Treasury bonds, money market instruments, Forex and Derivatives etc.

- In depth - knowledge of back office operations related to at least one of the following activities in a trade life cycle - e.g. Confirmation, matching / Pre-matching, Settlements, Reconciliations, Stock Lending, Asset servicing etc.

- Strong interpersonal and influence management skills

- Ability to work and communicate with people across organizational units

- Ability to manage team consisting of highly skilled team members

- Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into action plans

- Strong analytical skills with an ability to problem solve with a win-win negotiation approach

- Ability to lead people on large, multi-functional efforts and work in a matrix reporting environment

- Advanced knowledge of PC technology-DOS, applications and online tools especially Excel

- Expert knowledge of service procedures

- Excellent Customer facing skills and ability to build rapport with clients

- Knowledge of Customer's Culture

- Excellent English written and spoken communication

- Good Team Management Skills
