Job Requirement :

- HR Lead to work closely with Business and Leadership such as LOB Head, Account Heads, Pre-Sales & Solutions Leads et all, to design and execute Human Resources strategies for the Vertical (LOB)

- Responsible for leading Talent Management for the Vertical (L0B) including but not limited to Talent Review Planning, Talent Mobility & Leadership Development

- Anticipate and plan for future talent capability needs by analyzing and interpreting workforce information, reviewing results of Engagement survey, and discuss top of mind issues and concerns with business leaders

- Focus on capability building, account interventions & assessment, designing competency frameworks, skill matrix & aligning org structures within the Vertical (LOB)

- Drive employee engagement charter in a structured and effective manner for leadership as well as the entire Vertical & ensuring attrition targets are met at all times

- Plan and successfully deliver annual HR processes related to Performance Management, Talent Review Planning, Increment and Progression cycle, ensuring the needs of the Account teams and Corporate HR are met in a timely and efficient manner

- Design Compensation & Incentive Plans for the vertical in collaboration with the Comp & Ben SMEs

- Anchor central projects such as process improvements, talent development, bubble assignments, engagement initiatives for BPS

- Participate in the Local councils/ Committees, Audits and Investigations

- Lead a team of Account HR Managers & HR Business Partners - nurture the team and build domain competence

What we are looking for:

- Post Graduate in Human Resources from a reputed institute with relevant work experience.

- Strong understanding of business function, financials and strategic outcomes

- Proven experience of delivering HR agenda in line with business and people priorities

- Good conceptual skills with ability to create and develop people programs or initiatives

- Strong communication skills, ability to influence and hold a point of view

- Local candidates will be prioritized.
