- Good Written and communication skills
- Good presentation skills
Skills( Good to have) :
- Should have a good understanding of HRMS Systems like SAP / PeopleSoft / Workday
Experience ( Minimum) : 7 Years
Experience( Maximum) : 10 Years
Job Description :
- Will be responsible for responding to RFPs and Client opportunities in HRO
- Will have to participate in client presentations
- Will have to participate in Due diligence and consulting assignments in HRO domain rings HRO domain relevance in all pursuits and business conversations with the client organizations
- Exposure to RFX Process, Timelines, Sections, Solution development, RFP response
- Has deep HRO domain knowledge to identify opportunities, white spaces existing in the industry.
