Full Project Description :

This role will require the candidate to take on a variety of project delivery roles which involves delivery of improvements to the Systems & processes from initial concept; requirements analysis; verification & validation; through to transition to the business. This individual will work with stakeholders across the operations, projects, and IT teams to clearly understand the business issues behind each program of work in the Investment banking space and beyond; to analyse requirements for change; to deliver these changes through their lifecycle (including testing and managing change as they are rolled out); to provide reporting and analysis of delivery during the life cycle; to support users of the service; and to provide analysis of service success by managing key service performance indicators.

Skill :

- Experience in Investment Banking - Brokerage - Cash Equities / Fixed Income, Securities Settlement / Asset Servicing areas would be a plus

- Understands / has been part of teams developing road maps / vision documents for businesses / applications

- Adapt to multiple project requirements

- Ability to engage IT teams to deliver projects

- Stakeholder connect ability to develop relationships, understand user pain points, translate these into business cases and study them in overall business and organizational context

- Logical thinker, analytical capability in analysing alternate scenarios, propose solutions

- Understanding of IT Product Development methodologies like waterfall, agile methodologies

- Good Communication skills

- Project execution skills (Any certifications like PMP, Six Sigma and experience in implementing Six Sigma / PMP may be a plus)

- Experience in post implementation reviews of projects would be a plus
