Wipro BPO - Business Analyst

JD :

- Minimum 5-6 years of Business Analysis experience in IB or other Banking Domain

- Ability to understand and contextualize business requirements (experience in Investment Banking - Brokerage - Cash Equities / Fixed Income, Securities Settlement / Asset Servicing areas would be a plus)

- Logical thinker, analytical capability in analyzing alternate scenarios, propose solutions

- Ability to articulate understanding in a process flow diagram, business requirement document accurately and comprehensively

- Ability to interface with developers to explain functional requirements

- Communication skills critical

- Knowledge of MS Visio is a plus

- Ability to represent analysis in a meaningful manner

- Experience in post implementation reviews of projects would be a plus
