Wipro - Bid Associate - Content Management/Designer - Utilities Presales Vertical

- The Utilities Presales team works very closely with the field force in North America, Europe, APAC, Turkey, South Africa and LATAM to achieve and exceed the Vertical’s revenue targets. This team plays a key role in all phases of the sales cycle and has contributed significantly to large wins over the past few years through preparation of excellent solution document, presentations, interactive images with digital designs, innovative formatting of documents etc.

We are looking for creative and self driven candidates to join the team and play a key role in our future success by contributing in the proposal - response designing, editing and formatting.

- This role provides a good exposure to design/develop/innovate various kind of designs for customers across the globe.

Position - Bid Associate responsible for managing RFI / RFP responses (deal size varying up to $10M) independently and also working on other proactive market facing tasks, internal process improvement initiatives.

- Communicate and Collaborate - With the Presales team, senior management, Marketing, domain and delivery teams

- Develop High end presentation, Design templates, Formatting of final solution documents, Proof Reading, Creating image Editable

Good digital and creative designing skills

- An eye for detail and the ability to prepare deliverables to high standards of quality

- Ability to understand client requirements and map them to artistic designing

- Formatting of solution document, reviewing content and editing

- Ability to work with virtual teams, strong interpersonal skills

- Good written and verbal communication

- Ability to prioritize and to be comfortable with managing last minute changes

- Hands on person that strives to meet deadlines and expectations 100% of the time

- 4-10 years in the IT Industry in Design field

- Content Management / Content Designing / Editing
