You will supervise, support and contribute to the preparation and analysis of reporting information with regards to financial control and management reporting. You will prepare and coordinate the preparation of entity accounts and transactions, financial statements, periodic adjustments, and other analysis to support decision making and review. You will support the preparation of key monthly, quarterly, half-year and full-year reporting deliverables as well as ad hoc analysis and initiatives. The role will also be involved with the audit, general ledger management, reconciliations and other tasks associated with financial accounting. The above is to be delivered in accordance with company policies, applicable accounting standards and in compliance with legislative requirements.

This role will require strong technical accounting skills with the ability to independently work through complex accounting issues and provide technical guidance and advice. Relevant experience in accounting for foreign currency investments, derivatives, debt facilities and treasury activities an advantage. The role will also provide exposure to the accounting and reporting of captive insurance entities, employee equity-based remuneration plans and investments in associates and joint ventures.

Required Skills and Experience

- 15+ years in R2R and FPA managing high-end and complex accounting

- Profound experience in People Management and Team Leadership

- Strong English in both oral and written communication skills

- Problem solving and influencing skills

- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, month end close, variance analysis CPA, OPEX, GL Accounting
