Wipro - Automation Manager

- Define Automation roadmap for the identified accounts along with Delivery team

- Orient Delivery teams (Tower leads, Senior Engineers, DM, ADH) on the Solutions Available

- Facilitate Analysis of Call Data, Activity List to Identify Automation Potential

- Prioritize High Yield Potential Solutions and Program Manage Rollout

- Interface with Engineering Team for Customization and any other Support Needed

- Publish Account wise Progress of Roll out plan v/s actuals

- Measure and Publish Metrics around Automation Effectiveness (Pre and Post Metrics)

- Drive Effort Take out on account of optimization through Automation

- Basic Understanding of Delivery and Towers

- Analytical and Data Orientation, Data Representation and Communication

- Ownership in terms of Tracking, Timely Escalations and Problem Solving

- Ability to Coach, Facilitate and drive Initiatives along with ADHs
