Experience ( Minimum) : 18-20 Years (should have managed a process of 1000+ FTEs in last 3 years). At least 4-5 years of program management experience of global client engagements
Job Description - Be the "face" of Wipro to the Client and the single point of contact to client executive management. Accountable for the global initiative.
- Lead and Manage ENUC delivery/ operations. Backoffice /Data / Voice process of 1000 FTE+
- Coordinate business operations with all sites
- Driving efficiency to exceed SLA & increasing revenue/fte.
- Be a part of the Governance structure to ensure that the overall engagement aligns with client vision as the outsourcing roadmap is constantly defined
- A broad understanding of the Onshore-Offshore global delivery model in IT industry would be required
- Managing all the Project managers leading local teams across the globe
- Developing ideas towards innovation and value added tools for driving efficiency
- Excellent client communication, liaise and managing client relation
- Identifying areas of cost efficiency
- Demonstrated capability in delivering high value projects
- Must have prior experience on improving client NPS
- Should be High on client engagement and communication
- Provide thought leadership to this global initiative
- Manage PnL of LOB. Financial aspects of the global engagement.
- Liaise with client Leadership to determine resource requirements and to ensure that customer expectations are met.
- Dashboard review and work towards continuous process improvement
- Leading process initiatives, training existing work force in the same domain space
