- As the HRBP, you will be required to regularly connect with business leaders and an employee base spread across multiple Geos.
- Work as a change agent along with multiple stakeholders to drive engagement.
- Partner with the Account Business Leaders to drive people processes like performance Next, progression, WLQ, SKIP, NMA, MSI, EPS etc.
- Review employee concerns and proactively address issues before they impact business.
- Drive retention discussions with business, facilitate reversals and ensure attrition levels are within targets.
- Own the complete engagement charter (AHM/ Townhall/ R&R).
- Work closely with corporate and internal HR team for execution of all key people processes starting from guidelines stage to final closure.
- Lead BU level HR initiatives.
- Post Graduate in Human Resources from a reputed institute with 5 to 8 years of work experience.
- Excellent business partnering skills, ability to persuade and influence business leaders.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent Communication & Relationship Building skills.
- Ability to work with diverse teams
- High Initiative and drive
- Good at multi-tasking
