- The incumbent will work closely with Business Leaders and HR team to drive people processes and change initiatives for an employee base spread across locations
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including Employee Engagement and Rewards / Recognition charter across locations
- Be the voice of business to suggest HR practices that support business objectives
- Partner with the Business Leaders to ensure timely closure of people processes like Performance Nxt, Progression, MSI, WLQ, 1-on-1, SKIP, NMA, EPS etc.
- Review Employee concerns and proactively address issues before they impact business
- Drive retention discussions with business leaders, work with them to facilitate reversals and ensure attrition levels are within targets
- Facilitate and drive Leadership connect through AHMs, Townhall, Round Tables etc. Work with managers to circle back actions taken on the feedback
- Enhance Managerial Effectiveness through Manager Excellence Frameworks, facilitate career developmental plans.
- Increase career focus within the unit through career interventions and tools like Career Hub / IDP, Role based assessments
- Contribute to BU level HR initiatives
- Post Graduate in Human Resources from a reputed institute
- Strong Business partnering and networking skills, ability to collaborate with cross functional / Business / HR teams and
influence stakeholders
- Proven ability to multi-task, deal with ambiguity, recognize trends and devise systematic approaches to solving problems
- Strong execution focus and analytical skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Articulate with good writing skills
