Job Description

The role requires an analytical approach, execution and operational focus and a keen interest to learn, innovate and continually improve existing processes. The long term outcome of the role is to develop a competitive employee value proposition for Wipro through agile and industry-leading compensation policies and processes.

- Analysing specific business needs and designing, proposing, and implementing tailor made business allied compensation programs in close coordination with the business partner HR Teams.

- Studying existing compensation processes, work towards improving and where possible automating existing processes.

- Design, Innovate and execute major offshore compensation initiatives.

Desired Skills & Experience

- Post graduate in Human Resources from a premier B School, with 3-4 years of relevant work experience.

- Execution and operational excellence

- Ability to deal with ambiguity and challenging situations.

- Inherent interest in problem solving & numbers.

- Keen eye for details and process creation and understanding.
