Position - Program Manager - Enterprise

Location - Chandigarh, India

Qualification - MBA from a reputed institute and BS in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Experience - 5 years of relevant experience.

Technical Responsibilities

- To co-ordinate and communicate with global product management, QA, technical support and sales teams at various stages of product development.

- Responsible for Requirement Gathering & Analysis.

- Responsible for product upgrades, new releases, support escalations etc. as a part of post-production engineering.

- Identify project risks early, and regularly, as well as develop mitigation plans respectively.

- Developing specifications, assisting technical integrations and end-to-end delivery of partner integrated solutions.

- To be able to understand high level architect & technical specification produced by development team.

- To be a part of overall hiring process for Winshuttle’s engineering team.

- Developing, nurturing, and maintaining relationships with other functional teams.

- Mentoring of junior staff members, developing and presenting group training sessions.

Required Skills

- Hands on knowledge of project management methodologies and knowledge of software quality methodologies

- Thorough knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile Software Development Methodology

- Solid background of software project management skills covering all aspects of SDLC

- Demonstrated track record in managing and shipping software products

- Experience of managing enterprise and web-based software products and technologies using Microsoft technology.

Desired Skills

- Ability to work in Start-up environment

- Experience of working with global teams

- Knowledge of SAP (or other ERP systems) application platform is a big plus

- Knowledge of data integration/management/governance

- Experience of working on Microsoft SharePoint technology

- Knowledge of SaaS and Cloud Computing
