Job Description - Channel Partner

- The Channel Partner Development will engage, maintain and expand channel partners based on Geography, Market & Products.

- The Channel Partner Development is responsible for achieving sales, profitability and partner engagement objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Engage & Develop Channel Partners to achieve the organizational objectives

- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in coordination with Channel Partners.

- Ensure complete compliance with all Channel Partner agreements / contracts

- Manages potential channel conflicts with other sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally and through strict adherence to Channel rules of engagement

- Plan and implement marketing initiatives (product seminars, workshops Trade shows, etc.) to facilitate high visibility, market share and profitability for the Company's range of products and services through Channel Partners.

- Provide a high quality of technical inputs, training and market insights to channel sales to support them in achieving annual tasks and creating future potential markets for the Company's product and services portfolio.

- Conduct regular training programs to improve technical abilities and selling skills with Channel field sales personnel.

- Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis

- Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.

- Co-ordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners expectations.

The position requires extensive travel
