We are looking for a 'marketing star' in short, but here is the long of it: - A talented, independent and self-driven marketer who will work directly with the CEO on marketing strategy and execution. You will join a small and closely knit team (14 people &amp; counting). - The role is fantastic for putting into action your experience in strategizing and executing on all aspects of marketing. You will play a part across every aspect of GTM and straddle both the art and the science of marketing - from positioning to sales pipeline. - This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically but also loves executing and getting their hands dirty. What you'll do: - Define the overall marketing strategy for Wingman drawing from revenue targets and the overall brand vision - Plan the OKRs and work with the team to execute on initiatives required to achieve marketing objectives - Build and lead the marketing team for success of individuals and the business as a whole - Set up systems to religiously track and report on findings both on leading and lagging KPIs - Create a formidable demand-gen engine that supports our ambitious growth plans - Continuously develop our positioning and ensure coherence across the buyer journey - Discover innovative ways to increase brand awareness and keep up to date on modern marketing trends - Work closely with other members of the marketing team to ensure alignment, efficacy and a good work environment Who are you: - Someone with at least 7 years of experience in marketing across different channels and strategies - Strong communication + analytical skills- ability to analyze data, identify themes, and communicate findings effectively - Excellent ability to prioritize, independently run work, and lead others in their work - Experience in B2B SaaS and experience with the US market is a plus - Experience in social media strategy, execution &amp; monitoring - Sense of urgency and intrinsically motivated to do a great job - Organization comes naturally to you and it excites you!
