Wingify - Program Manager

Wingify is globally admired for its SaaS products VWO and PushCrew.

- As a Program Manager with Wingify, one of the leading SaaS product companies to come out of India, you will work as a program leader on execution of strategic, company-wide initiatives towards the attainment of aggressive growth goals.

Job Responsibilities :

- Be the servant-leader for one or more cross-functional teams for successful, timely and efficient delivery on key ongoing technical and non-technical programs.

- Be the champion for your program(s) by showing the right amount of drive, attitude, and confidence to mobilize others to get the project over the finishing line.

- Drive strategy and engage stakeholders to deliver on projects end-to-end.

- Own and communicate the program vision definition, planning, forecasting, progress reporting, cross-team resourcing, alignment, dependency management, and risk management.

- Analyze problems, propose solutions, and implement improvements in business operations and technical processes.

- Grow team members with potential and build a high performing team.

- Product release and launch management.

Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of experience of program-managing and delivering complex cross-team programs, preferably within Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), or Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) environment.

- Bachelor's degree, Business or Computer Science related. MBA will be a plus, but not absolutely required.

- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Agile and Lean methodologies, estimation, planning, forecasting, - risk and dependency management techniques.

- Experience as Scrum-master or Agile Coach will be a plus.

- Agile and Lean certifications will be a plus.

- Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, planning, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and solve problems on the fly.
