Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead and steer pivotal cross-functional strategic initiatives from the CEO's office.

- This is a multifaceted role that offers a broad and varied exposure to addressing strategic challenges within the realm of product management. You will be tasked with conceptualizing, strategizing, and orchestrating the implementation of projects across essential business dimensions.

These initiatives could encompass:

- Directly influencing product enhancement and evolution. For example:

- Identifying opportunities for feature expansion that align with market demands

- Crafting strategies for optimal product positioning within target market segments

- Identifying optimal GTM strategies for high-potential market segments

- Optimizing user experience and interface to drive user adoption and engagement

- Empowering the organization for enhanced growth and efficiency.

For instance:

- Establishing streamlined processes, tools, and systems to bolster operational efficiency

- Devising solutions to empower product management teams and amplify product success

- Reconfiguring organizational structures to augment adaptability and growth potential

Skills & Qualifications:

Desired Prior Experience:

- A minimum of 5 years involved in steering cross-functional projects with a focus on product innovation and business expansion. Previous engagement in product strategy consulting, leading product-oriented initiatives, leading GTM projects etc., would be an added advantage.

- Problem-solving: Proficiency in delineating complex problems systematically, engaging in insightful discussions, analyzing multiple facets, and devising a solution roadmap for successful execution. The candidate must possess the ability to comprehend the intricate components of a business to formulate a holistic perspective, concentrating on innovative resolutions.

- Data Analysis: Expertise in scrutinizing KPIs spanning product, user engagement, marketing, finance, and other pertinent domains. An adeptness at navigating through ambiguity to derive actionable insights from dispersed data and information across various business sectors.

- Research: A penchant for comprehensive research, encompassing both primary sources (customers, partners, internal stakeholders) and secondary data.

- Collaboration & Ownership: A track record of orchestrating and spearheading cross-functional strategic ventures, unifying multiple teams toward accomplished execution. Proven proficiency in project coordination, adept prioritization, and a steadfast commitment to ownership.

- Communication: Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal communication. Profound capability to distill and encapsulate intricate business quandaries and solutions.
