Professional Competencies -&nbsp; 1. Prior experience in a customer facing role or equivalent, history of increasing customer satisfaction. 2. Understanding on Conversion Rate Optimization space and ongoing trends. 3. Knowledge of Digital Marketing techniques and online promotional activities. 4. Knowledge of copywriting techniques is a plus. 5. Excellent customer relationship management skills. 6. Outstanding communication, understanding and writing skills. 7. Understanding of web applications, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is a plus Skills &amp; Experience: 1. Bachelor's degree, Business or Computer Science related. 2.
