Product Marketing - Sales Enablement

- As the Product Marketing Manager in charge of sales enablement, you will have a direct impact on driving our revenue growth. You will be our internal expert on the competitive landscape and help optimize our sales process and collaterals. In short, you will give our sales team a competitive edge.

Job Responsibilities :

- Perform competitive research and build collaterals to help us position better against competition

- Conduct market research to understand the CRO market landscape

- Act as a liaison between Sales and Marketing and Product teams

- Build collaterals such as product presentations, feature docs, competitor fact sheets etc. in order to assist and enrich the sales process

- Create documents and technical white papers to support sales team on RFP requirements

- Define and manage the roadmap for sales asset development

- Work with the sales team on best use of sales enablement materials

- Respond to ad-hoc content and support requests from the sales team

- Gather feedback from sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve collaterals and support programs

Skills & Experience :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English or business (marketing majors preferred)

- Relevant experience in sales / sales support or marketing roles

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Team player with strong interpersonal skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment

- Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration

- Creative and strategic thinker

Experience : IT industry with a SAAS based organization is a huge plus!
