WVO's latest version is combining multiple features in one package: A/B testing, heatmaps, visitor recordings, funnel analysis, form tracking, idea prioritization, etc. We're looking to hire a Insights Manager @VWO.  - Your experience has a mix of Product and Marketing. As an Insights Manager, your responsibility is to take the extensive data we have on how our customers do conversion rate optimization and productize it into Knowledge Products. You will be responsible for multiple research products including Idea Factory which will be the central repository for all conversion rate optimization techniques.  - Work closely with customers and internal teams (product/marketing/customer success) to develop Insights/Idea Factory.  - Own the vision for all insights related projects by both executing it and expanding it by giving your inputs.  - Work closely with Product Management to churn out thought leadership on conversion rate optimization  - Work with cross-functional teams, not limiting to product management, marketing, sales and customer success teams to build and publish benchmark reports on the state of industry and other such topics  - Work with external influencers and practitioners in the industry to evangelize the best practices and our knowledge of CRO  - Wear a marketer's hat and communicate the value of reports and benchmarks to internal and external audiences through documents, individual conversations, presentations, and webinars.  Required Skills:  - 3-5 Yrs of experience in product marketing or product management of knowledge products or an insights generation role for a web software product  - Experience with preparing and publishing industry reports and thought leadership articles  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills  - Good understanding of design and websites  - Internal and external (customer-facing) presentation and training skills  - Demonstrated ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders  - Problem-solving ability and analytical business skills
