Wingify - Director - Professional Services - A/B Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization Practice

As the Director of Professional Services for A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization practice, you will be responsible for building Consulting and Professional services arm for our flagship product - VWO. You will have access to 5000+ paying customers of VWO and professional services team is expected to provide additional value to our customers with CRO services. The intention is to build the professional services team into an independent business unit which is is able to expand beyond VWO clients and drive its own P&L within Wingify.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing a complete go-to-market plan for our Consulting and Professional services offerings.

Own P&L for Consulting and Services for VWO.

Hire, manage and grow a Hybrid Services team comprising of Wingify employees and partner sourced team members.

Identify and negotiate with partners to outsource some components of services at scale.

Responsible for acquiring and onboarding new customers for services engagements. Includes responding to RFP's for Services related to VWO.

Conceptualize the delivery models for consulting and services engagements.

Responsible for defining SLA- s, deliverables, team roles and responsibilities for any services engagement.

Work with customers to establish their business goals and build roadmaps and execution plan for Consulting and Services engagements.

Monitor and report on the health of all enterprise client engagements for services and CRO strategy on a monthly basis.

Work with legal to formalize the overall engagement and delivery model of our services.

Identify new potential areas for Strategic consulting and services.

Minimum requirements

You have solid experience in timely and high quality delivery of services to clients

You have built, scaled and lead a team in digital marketing professional services

Your experience of leading a team in conversion rate optimization or A/B testing is a bonus

You have built a team or performed business development capabilities

You have a background in program or project management

Understanding of web applications, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is a bonus.

Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's degree, Business or Computer Science related. MBA preferred.

Minimum 8 years of experience in consulting or professional services.

Must have managed teams and programs with large strategic impact.

Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills.

Organized and reliable self-starter who can work independently.

Strong written and verbal skills.

Understand the value and challenges of working in a startup environment.
