We are actively looking for an experienced, hands-on Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers need. This is an extremely impactful role where you'll work closely with our leadership team to set direction and drive major strategic and product initiatives for the company. You'll help define our overall product roadmap, gather customer feedback, analyze overall market trends and partner with our development teams to drive rapid and effective product innovation. Requirements for the role: - 1-2 years of Product Management experience developing Web / Mobile products with a background in technical product management or engineering. - Demonstrated ability to successfully take a product from concept through launch, and drive customer adoption and growth once its launched - Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. - Produce detailed Specs for products/features. Including wireframes, user flows, scenarios, business case, product roadmap, performance metrics etc. - Prior startup experience - Work closely with the design team to create the best user experience. - Work closely with the business and customer support teams to deeply understand, analyses, document and synthesize user needs into product priorities, roadmap items and specifications. - Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services Work Experience: - - 1-2 years of experience with product companies developing Web / Mobile products ideally with a background in technical product management or engineering. - Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science / Engineering, Business etc. You'd make an ideal candidate if you: - have had your share of failures and take pride in sharing the lessons you've learned from those experiences - Displayed high degree of ownership and execution skills in past assignments. - Thorough understanding of agile development methodologies along with JIRA/zoho projects. - Proficiency in evaluating performance/impact of a feature. Experience with A/B testing, heat maps, funnels, customer journey mapping etc. Deal breakers: - If you are looking for a well-defined, structured role that is prescriptive in terms of your role/responsibilities, we are probably not the right fit. We will expect you to come figure stuff out and help define that structure.
