As a Senior Manager Human Resources you shall be responsible and accountable for:

- Handle HR activities of multiple project sites
- Training & Development
- Employee Relations
- Compliance
- Industrial Relations
- Performance Management
- MIS & Dashboards
- Contract Labour Management
Prerequisites:
- Must have 15+ years of experience, 5+ in a lead role heading a HR function of 1000+ Cr organization.
- Must have headed a team of 10+ professionals.
- Develop & implemented HR dashboards, reports, trackers
- Hands on in shop floor HR activities
- Through in Compensation & Benefits Trends, Analysis, Surveys
- Must have handled Long Term Wage Settlements
- Must have handled multiple locations
- Must have work with engineering/ EPC / Turney solution provided company
- Full Time MBA in HR
