Please go through the Job description and revert us with updated CV:  "TAMIL LANGUAGE KNOWLEDGE IS MUST!"  JD for Head Land & Regulatory:  ROLE PURPOSE:  Will be responsible for Land Acquisition for development of basic infrastructure (Yards, Sub Station, and Approach Road etc.).  Liasioning for getting all clearance and approval to install WEC and power evacuation.  Provide a hassle free environment for projects to install and commission WEC.  KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:  1. LAND (for yards, substation etc.)  1a. Acquisition of land (Forest, Revenue & Private).  1b. Coordination with forest department and revenue department for acquisition of forest land & revenue land respectively.  1c. Coordination with local tehsildar, local government bodies for title clearance for acquisition of private land.  1d. Coordination with local politician/ Sarpanch / Gram Panchayat for resolving land related issues pertaining to land owners.  2. LAISIONING with government  2a. Coordination with ministry (Central& State) for various approvals/ clearance.  2b. Liasioning with SEB & Power grid.  3. INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT  3a. Coordination with substation for its construction.  4. PURCHASE POWER AGREEMENT  4a. Signing of PPA  4b. Coordination with State Electricity Board.  5. RIGHT OF WAY (R.O.W)  5a. Coordination and hand over of land documents to Access &ROW team under control of Corporate HQ.  5b. Resolve issues and grievances related to Right of Way for transmission lines.  6. HOTO ( Hand Over Take Over)  6a. Proper HOTO to Projects Installation Team of Land acquisition.  7.REGIONAL PLANNING  7a. Manage regional level growth targets on land acquisition  7b. Approvals for ministry, regulatory and enforcement bodies PPA,  Sub-station, transmission & ROW  7c. Manage cost-effective allocation of resources across regional project sites  7d.Act as crucial link between the project managers and the CGM, to secure management intervention to alleviate any bottlenecks  7. POLICY & REGULATORY READINESS  8a. Ensure regional compliance against policy and regulatory requirement as defined by HQ  8b. Envisage & interpret likely policy changes and their impact on business plans.  8. PROJECT MONITORING & CONTROL  9a. Track timely execution and delivery of projects in the region and act as first point contact for project related issues and risks  9b.Ensure seamless integration of Land Acquisition and project execution activities within a site.Collections/Cash Flow receipts against billing milestones  9.
