1) Designing and implementing CRM functional modules, encompassing sales planning, Query management, Offer management, account and contact management
2) Identifying and administering CRM best business practices per business standards for functional processes
3) Contractor/vendor management, Selection,Negotiation etc.
4) Solving business problems with quantitative analysis, generate insights and ability to translate statistical/mathematical results into business recommendations.
5) Root Cause Analysis to understand the threats, barriers and challenges to achieving the end result
6) Prepared and executed various customer reports as per customers requirement/feedback.
7) Act as a platform between the top management and middle management of the organization.
8) Handling the customers post sales till possession and registration i.e. all queries and escalations in regards to any issues related to the property involved. This includes handling queries of walk in customers, over the phone as well as through email.
