KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior Instructional Designer, you'll utilize your command on instructional design, storyboarding and eLearning authoring tools to:

1. Design and develop customized learning experiences and content

2. Design and develop experience-based learning courses for business skill development

3. Repurpose existing content and interview in-house experts to build training programs

4. Build engaging training and videos for soft skills, sales, and marketing

5. Develop measurement tools to evaluate course effectiveness and user satisfaction

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Excellent skills in instructional design, ADDIE and storyboarding

2. Experience with eLearning tools (e.g. Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, Premiere, Articulate)

3. Ability to translate technical information for non-technical audience

4. Commitment to working with cross-functional teams with a shared purpose

5. Fast-learner with strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail
