ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a nimble team in India representing marketing, research, operations and technology functions. You are an experienced HR professional with a track record of working with small (< 500 employees) and high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
As Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will nurture, develop, and grow our greatest asset - our people. Using your experience and knowledge of our business (don't worry, that will come with time), you'll align business objectives with employees and leadership. You will support the implementation of HR programs and processes including talent, performance and compensation, assessments, and talent planning. You will play a key role in maintaining and building a culture where everyone can thrive.
1. Assess resource gaps and develop strategies to address gaps
2. Participate in and lead end-to-end recruitment with a small talent acquisition team
3. Implement performance management and guide employee relations with consistency
4. Advise, mentor, and guide positive employee engagement capability
5. Help strengthen core values of collaboration, respect and high performance
6. Maintain high degree of communication with the management team
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. 5+ years HRBP experience including recruiting, coaching and nurturing
