ABOUT THE ROLE :

This is a hands-on role with no team to manage initially. We're looking for a high-energy Communication Manager with exceptional strategic writing skills and 5+ years of relevant experience in developing and implementing communications strategy to grow corporate profile and reputation with media and key stakeholders.

1. Work closely with marketing, business leaders and other teams to draft internal communications to generate excitement among WIN franchise owners

2. Own and manage the monthly newsletter to share relevant information and celebrate personal and professional milestones

3. Develop a storytelling framework and collaborate with franchise owners to share their stories of community service and personal journeys

4. Cultivate key influencers and media to launch, nurture, and guide media collaboration

5. Draft external communications includings press releases, briefing and presentations

6. Identify and coordinate speaking opportunities and participation in industry events

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

1. 5+ years of corporate communication and media relations experience

2. Exceptional and highly strategic verbal and written communication skills

3. Strong work ethics, integrity and professionalism to get things done

5. Proactive with ownership mindset, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative
