WIN - Facebook/Google Paid Social Media Specialist

SENIOR DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

As a Senior Facebook / Google Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll work with a team of content creators, graphic designers, and business leaders to drive lead conversion and strengthen the WIN brand.

Our offices are in NOIDA, but we are open to remote work.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Build, test, and optimize PPC / paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Google and LinkedIn

2. Execute campaigns for different stages of buyers journey to drive conversions

3. Optimize campaigns by refining keywords, ad copy, landing pages, and A/B tests

4. Work closely with graphic designers and content marketers to align paid search goals

5. Analyse metrics, develop insights, and improve campaigns performance

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of demonstrated experience in:

1. Building paid ad / PPC campaigns with Facebook / Google / LinkedIn

2. Expertly using Facebook Business Manager to manage multiple campaigns

3. Setting up conversion tracking for accurate tracking and reporting

REQUIRED TRAITS

2. Strong work ethic, high integrity, and a team-player with positive attitude

3. Bachelor's degree and relevant certifications; MBA strongly preferred
