JOB DESCRIPTION - Responsible for developing and managing online and offline learning content, managing end to end life cycle of a Training Curriculum - Conduct TNI meetings with business to identify business specific training needs - Collect and analyze data on capability and learning needs of the organization - Design & develop training programs basis Training needs identified - Facilitate behavioral training programs across all business units - Evaluate business impact & needle movement ; ROI analysis - Support the implementation of internal Engagement programs as required across Willis Towers Watson, Mumbai - Deliver interventions to ensure that senior and potential leaders have appropriate experience and capability as individuals and as a leadership team to fulfill the organization's strategic ambitions - Continually seek ways to improve learning and talent development activity to best meet individual or managers requirements - Support the Talent Management activities across all Mumbai locations - Managing training logistics, MIS and reporting DESIRED PROFILE - 3 - 5 years of Experience in Training & Development - Excellent communication skills is a must for the role - Should be able to manage & own projects completely with minimal supervision - Should be able to communicate with Business stakeholders across all levels - Ability to prioritize in a highly complex and changing environment with strong attention to details and time-management skills - Should be a self-starter and self-motivator - Should be able to work as a team player in a lean set up. - Must be flexible working in shifts - Experience in Instructional Design would be an added advantage EDUCATION Graduate / Post Graduate
