Job Description:  - Plan and execute all web, email, and Social Media campaigns  - Promote our brand externally via the Social Media channels  - Amplify our internal events on Social Media  - Collaborate with our IT Support Team to revamp, update and maintain the WTW Mumbai intranet site and WTW India website  - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals through Return of Investments (ROI) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)  - Identify trends and insights on Digital Marketing, and optimize spend and performance based on the insight  - Collaborate with multi-regions and internal stakeholders to carry out global projects  - Maintain content calendar for Social Media posts and events  Qualification   - Degree in Marketing or PGDM in Digital Marketing  Knowledge & Experience:  - Proven work experience in digital marketing communications for 5-7 years - Experience with leading and managing email and Social Media campaigns  - Highly creative with identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate  - Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends)  - Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns and Experience with handling corporate Social Media profiles on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram  - Experience in Online Reputation Management (ORM)
