Position : Manager Location : Mumbai, Vikhroli/ Thane Reporting to : Manager/Head of Operations Job Summary : Principal Duties/Responsibilities : KRA : - Responsible for developing and managing online and offline learning content, managing end to end life cycle of a Training Curriculum - Conduct TNI meetings with business to identify business specific training needs - Collect and analyze data on capability and learning needs of the organization - Design & develop training programs basis Training needs identified - Facilitate behavioral training programs across all business units - Evaluate business impact & needle movement ; ROI analysis - Support the implementation of internal Engagement programs as required across Willis Towers Watson, Mumbai - Deliver interventions to ensure that senior and potential leaders have appropriate experience and capability as individuals and as a leadership team to fulfil the organization's strategic ambitions - Continually seek ways to improve learning and talent development activity to best meet individual or managers requirements - Support the Talent Management activities across all Mumbai locations - Managing training logistics, MIS and reporting KPI Management : - Deliver/ Manages and metrics in line with the prescribed targets and provide updates on progress to leaders. Analyze performance, identify trends and make recommendations to improve team performance - Meet with key stakeholders to discuss metric performance and issues Capacity Management : - Regular capacity review (using FTE calculation) of the team, to ensure equal work distribution and tracking overtime. Manage resources efficiently through peaks and troughs in the business cycle. - Develop resource plans and plans for contingencies - Work with Team leads to ensure accurate forecasting and tracking of resource requirements and effective cost management Data Management : - Data collation as required e.g. MI reviews/HR/IT. Adhoc Tasks : - Complete ad-hoc tasks as directed by Manager/Operations Manager. Manage Escalations : - Manage escalations on daily basis. Ensure agreed escalation procedures are adhered to by the team. Transition & other Projects : - Implement planned work transition projects. - Ensure team adherence to various compliance mandates. Operations Management/Operational Effectiveness : - Drive OPEX principles. Facilitate best practice sharing - Conduct huddles with the team - Ensure visual display board is updated and in line with prescribed guidelines. - Proactively support key initiatives that have been delivered to implement change. Relationship management : - Participate and contribute in meetings with Relationship managers, Stakeholders, customers and BU (Weekly/Adhoc calls). - Ensure ongoing, sustainable and dynamic relationships with stakeholders and manage their expectations. People management/ development : - Conduct staff meetings. - Set objectives for direct reports and conduct regular appraisals - Communicate regularly with team members via 1-2-1 meetings and team meetings - Manage and delegate work fairly and effectively within the team - Mentoring, OJT, coaching for new/junior team mates - Identify and develop leadership qualities in individuals and groom them for the next level - Responsible for managing team engagement and retention - Monthly nominations for SPOT award and R&R. - Tracking monthly progress of the new joiners along with mentors. - Recognize high performers and engage them with right opportunity. - Identify performance issues and work closely with HR to resolve (PIP, CAP) - Conduct interviews for hiring and promotion of talent - Manage annual leave requests - Identifying development needs for both individuals and the team as a whole. Works with HR to optimize training and development opportunities Required Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, Experience : Qualifications : - Graduate / Post Graduate Skills: - Excellent communication skills is a must for the role - Should be able to manage & own projects completely with minimal supervision - Should be able to communicate with Business stakeholders across all levels - Ability to prioritize in a highly complex and changing environment with strong attention to details and time-management skills - Should be a self-starter and self-motivator - Should be able to work as a team player in a lean set up. - Must be flexible working in shifts - Experience in Instructional Design would be an added advantage Knowledge/Experience : - 3-5 minimum years of experience in Training & Development - Total years of experience 10-15 years
