Principal Duties and Responsibilities  Talent Management:  - Manage the competency framework in the organization. Identify critical competencies for various job roles in the organization  - Partner with the Learning and Development team to build robust development plans ensuring upskilling of our employees helping them in their career growth  - Partner with the HR Partners to run various people initiatives in the Organization e.g. Succession planning, Internal Job Postings, Individual Development Plans (IDP)  Leadership Development  - Identify long-term leadership development approaches and programs to support growth and succession planning  - Conduct diagnosis, develop/design modules and enable delivery. Develop or procure leadership development programs to meet organizational needs at all levels.  - Measure ROI and effectiveness of interventions and design corrective measures to improve delivery   - Create the Learning Road Map for all functions based on IDP / People Capability Matrix  - Consult on individual development plans  Assessment and Development Centers :  - Design and deliver assessment frameworks for internal and external hires to enhance capabilities and organizational effectiveness.   - Design and deliver end to end process of annual Assessment Centers for leadership promotions (includes report writing and feedback delivery).  - Design and deliver Development Centers for High Potentials.  General :  - Collaborate on HR initiatives related to Organizational development and design  - Collaborate with the Learning & Development on delivering the learning strategy/plan  Required Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, and Experience  Qualifications:  - Graduate from any stream.  - Qualification/certification in Organizational Psychology/ Organization Development/ Human Resources is essential  - Certification in psychometrics, assessment and development centers will be advantageous  - Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in the Organization Development field (experience should involve a lot of activities towards conducting diagnosis, gap analysis, design & development of OD projects)  Knowledge and Experience:  Should have prior experience/ completed assignments in some or all of the following:   - Assessment Centers: Conducting assessor-briefing sessions, assisting in individual feedback sessions for participants, creation of customized assessment tools e.g. case studies, simulations, writing & compilation of assessment centre reports   - Design and delivery of Leadership Development Programs  - Competency Mapping/Benchmarking - Selecting & defining core competencies for specific positions; calibration of measurement scales for competencies   - Drafting IDPs (in a collaborative-discussion environment)  - Design and execution of succession planning interventions  - Design and execution of diagnostic surveys and focused groups  - Competency based HR consulting - E.g. designing career and skill matrix, defining career paths, competency based performance management & development  Skills:  - Excellent communication and facilitation skills  - Good understanding of Organization Development concepts, trends and models, with experience of execution of these models  - Ability to establish quality relationships and credibility within the HR team and the business.  - Excellent project management skills   - Good analytical skills to work with data and generate solutions or interventions basis problems observed or detailed trend analysis   - Must be a self- starter; initiate and drive projects under minimum supervision  - Ability to stay connected with the external market with a view to bring best practices into the company
