Role : Human Resources Strategy Analyst  Job Title : Assistant Manager   Business Unit : HR  Reporting to : Service Manager  Preferred from Tier I colleges  Job Summary :   The initial and primary responsibility of the role will be to produce HR analytics, distilling large amounts of information from multiple sources into meaningful insight regarding trends and drivers of employee turnover, retention, and other HR metrics; should be able to connect trends and point out root causes and chart out HR action plan for them.  Principal Duties/Responsibilities  Specific functional responsibilities :  - Provide regular reporting on multiple levels (regional, global, functional, business unit, etc.)  - Support development and enhancement of HR Reporting and analytics   - Participate in HR Strategy projects  - Communicate, collaborate, and network with all levels of employees and management (in particular HR colleagues), and ensure the integrity and quality of all information produced   - Identify and recommend process and efficiency improvements for current reporting capabilities as well as data capture and categorization  - Must be available to participate in virtual meetings held during normal UK and/or New York business hours  - Ensure compliance with internal procedures, Security, Safety, Health and Environmental responsibilities and external compliance regulation and legislation.   - Any other reasonable request compatible with the role  Communications and Relationships (Example given below)  Internal (within HR):  - Head of HR  - Direct / Matrix Reports  - Centres of Excellence  - HR Operations   External (Business):  - Business Unit Leadership teams  - Line Managers  - Associates   Required Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, Experience  Knowledge:  1. A formal MBA degree in HR from a reputed institute is preferred  2. Solid on HR fundamentals and latest global practices  3. Have knowledge of employing analytical/statistical tools, Management principles and techniques such as root cause analysis, to identify the drivers and to create hypotheses regarding solution  4. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Applications with advanced knowledge of MS Excel  5. Working knowledge of database applications such as Access or SQL a plus  Skills:   6. Highly Numerate with good analytical and quantitative skills - ability to research, develop and produce meaningful analyses from multiple streams of data   7. Proven research skills, using both primary and secondary sources of information  8. Advanced capabilities with Excel and other capabilities in data manipulation and analysis  9. MS Access/ MS Project expertise a plus  10. Must be proficient at successfully managing multiple and competing priorities in a fast paced environment  11. Able to function well during a stressful/crisis/deadline situation  12. Exceptional time management skills  13. Solid oral and written communication skills  Experience:  14. Minimum of Two to Four years- of work experience  15. Experience of working on own initiative and completing projects end to end  16. Experience of working as part of multi-disciplinary team  17. Proven research skills, using both primary and secondary sources of information  18.
