Williams Lea Tag(ww.wlt.com) is seeking Payroll Manager/Lead to oversee the payroll of multiple business units operating in 30+ countries with 10,000 employees. The positions are responsible for payroll coordination/processing through third party vendors, tax reporting and leave balance compliance, and timekeeping recording. Additionally, these positions liaise with the Finance team regarding GL, bank accounts and other matters. Requirements :&nbsp; Experience : - Minimum 8 years experience in handling payroll, plus a minimum of 4 or more years- experience with both in-house and outsourced payroll processing - Strong knowledge of payroll processing in the US and UK plus at least three of the following jurisdictions: Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, China, Japan, Germany and France - Bachelor's degree / Master's Degree Preferred - Demonstrated experience in building partnership within the organization and with vendors - Workday Payroll experience required - Experience with Mergers &amp; Acquisitions and vendor management preferred - Prior experience in system implementations a plus - Travel up to 15% Work Timings: UK Shift Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Review 30+ payrolls including investigating variance root causes - Engage with third party payroll vendors in various jurisdictions regarding topics such as statutory compliance, employee reporting and SLAs - Oversight and escalation point for data management within and outside of Workday - Partner with Finance regarding GL changes, cost center additions and other organizational changes - Provide sound advice regarding complex transactions related to payroll - Delivery of standard labour utilization reports and development of custom reports as needed - Coordinate closely with Workday and Rewards teams to ensure benefits and other with holdings are accurate - Oversight of international assignees and directing shadow payrolls as needed, in partnership with our tax advisors - Lead on payroll activities related to acquisitions and divestitures - Develop and document payroll-related processes and policies - Coordinate with HR Operations team on functionality and configuration of variety of timekeeping methods globally - Support internal and external audit activities - Assure appropriate controls are in place regarding internal and vendor practices for risk mitigation - Partnership within Williams Lea Tag and outside (third party vendors) on continuous improvement
