Job description : 

- Contribute to the development, implementation, maintenance, monitoring, and review of processes to enables the smooth functioning of the operations pertaining to the AIFs;

- The incumbent will be responsible for the smooth flow of information to the distributors and act as the solution provider for various queries with the sales team and their partners

- Translates strategic goals to operational plans to help in achieving the desired results of the business

- Design and implement start to end AIF processes, which includes Fund Management, TAX and Custody

- Implementation and Compliance with all regulatory requirements including development of systems and processes, filing of reports with SEBI and regulatory audits

- Continuous Process Improvement, designing, and implementation of new systems

- Managing internal audits and group requirements

- Coordinating with the Sales team and other departments of the group for new product launches

- Managing data authenticity on a day to day basis

- Vendor Management

- The candidate is required to assess the existing processes and bring in improvisation to bring in better stakeholder experience.

- Building the Equities (PMS) business from start-up stage, defining value proposition and positioning of the business

- Constructing customised equity portfolios for clients in the high growth wealth / affluent market in India

- Active involvement in winning clients

- Creation of equity model portfolios for varied investment objectives to build an investment track record for the business

- Investment strategy, security / sector selection and allocation of portfolios

- Enhancing assets under management (AUM) of Equities business

- Launch of new investment strategies / Portfolios

- Formulation of market view, portfolio strategy, security selection, and allocation

- Generation of investment ideas and coverage of companies in existing portfolios

- Conceptualisation, Presentation of new PMS strategies, Investment Template, Analytics, Portfolio construct of the new products

- Client Communication

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- CA, MBA, Post Graduate, Graduate or Postgraduate in any disciple

- 4+ years of experience in AIF Ops. BFSI space, AIF Ops with organizations dealing with products of similar asset classes.

- People s person with excellent communication skills and responsiveness

- Orientation to servicing and managing stakeholders
