The desired candidate will be responsible for managing, leading, and mentoring teams of software engineers and database developers.

- Develop a technology roadmap that is aligned with the market opportunity, company's strategic objectives, and latest technology trends

- Conceptualize, design, and oversee the building of the end-to-end technology platform starting from front-end app and web development, rule engines, advanced AI-ML-based data analytics, and partner platforms.

- Strong grasp on latest innovations in technology and confidence to design and build a world-class technology architecture that is scalable, secure, and stable to handle large and rapidly growing transaction volumes.

- Exposure to developing stable and secure mobile applications that can handle a large volume of transactions

- Grasp and familiarity with multiple programming languages and software development methodologies

- Strong blend of digital transformation, business, architectural and execution skills

- Passion for technology, ability to thrive in a high growth environment, proactive and hands-on in development and execution

- Skills/experience in data science, analytics, AIML, consumer-facing apps with deep integrations, information security

- Experience in building and leading a team of highly committed technology resources

- Has Experience with Product Development and building the architecture of the product.

- Has worked in a financial institution or a fintech company

- Hands-on experience coding in more than one currently popular web application framework.

- Familiar with more than one software development methodology.
