Work Hours: Requires some overlap with US and China market hours to be effective

Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Development professional with experience in investment analytics, marketing, and support. This individual will work closely with our sales, marketing, and investment teams in the US, India, and China to provide marketing and sales support to all three of our
investment management businesses.

Responsibilities:

- Business Development support for US, India, and China domestic markets.

- Creation of Marketing materials (pitch books, factsheets, etc.), customization, and maintenance for US, China, and India

- Coordinate with US, India, and China business development on cross-border opportunities

- Production and distribution of monthly marketing materials

- Qualitative updates for Marketing Databases (eVestment, Mercer, Albourne, etc.)

- Coordination, monitoring of quantitative marketing database uploads team in India.

- Tracking of marketing effectiveness and lead generation in CRM systems

- SME support for software development projects (HUB, Quiver, marketing database integration)

Qualifications / Skills:

- Education: Bachelor/PG degree with strong marks (> 3.0 GPA or equivalent) in STEM or Finance/Marketing fields

- Work Experience: 5 +years in investment management (hedge fund, mutual fund, alternative investment fund, etc.) in a business development, client relationship management, or marketing role.

- Expert skill with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

- Affinity for learning new applications, databases, and analytical tools.

- Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and presentation skills are required.
Fluency in English is imperative.

- Familiarity with fundamental and quantitative investment strategies is a plus.

- CFA, CIPM, CAIA, CMT certification or interest therein is a plus.
