Looking for CA with 4 - 8 yrs exp.. min 3 years experience in Treasury operations , Banking relationships, managing cash flow, LOC etc - Monthly cash Budgeting & forecasting. - All Trade finance, Cash management and general treasury activities:- Raising funds, Keeping FD's and monitoring the maturity dates and taking necessary action on closer date, issuance of LC (Letter of Credit), Advance payments to import vendor bases on business requirements. - All Treasury compliance, as per RBI & FEMA regulations:- For import vendor submitting Bill of Entry to banks on time & For export customer submitting all necessary documents to bank in time. - Review and take necessary actions for open vendor line items, open purchase requisitions, open purchase orders, open service entries, advances and deposits. - Publishing dash board to the management for continuous tracking of Cash (Fund base & Non-Fund base), Facility utilization and updating management right time for decision making. - Submission of Periodical reports to the bank and relevant stakeholders - Executing all necessary documents with Banks for drawing limits, Imports and exports - Ensuring the accuracy of accounting in the GL and responsibility for making journals where required. - Month end activity-liabilities incurred but not accounted in books every month end for all business and making necessary entries. - Handling internal audit & external audit for Treasury and payroll.
