1. Merchandise Management:
- Designing merchandize model for allocation and replenishment
- Assisting the product management team in designing collection plan basis sales analysis
- Defining ideal quantity for each point of sale/partner
- Validating and montoring ideal quantity
- Monitoring replenishment of merchandise
2. Operations:
- Resolving queries and managing feedback from Sales
- Liasioning with Supply Chain/Warehouse to drive allocation and replenishment as desired
- Liasioning with cross-functional teams like Product Management, Visual Merchandising, Marketing Communication to drive business objectives
3. Analysis:
- Analyzing sell-through and recommending on merchandise planning to Relationship/Account Managers in order to drive business
- Tracking business on a regular basis and presenting insights to Sales Managers on effective merchandise management
- Gathering competition intelligence in MBO and online channels on trends in product management
