Relationship Manager - Key Accounts (Modern Trade) Relationship Management : - Plan/forecast and achieve Sales from partners as per the budget - Conceptualize, plan and manage a calendar as well as spend of Marketing Promotions across partners - Liaison with Category Management and other internal teams to develop customized/MTO range for partners - Draw out and manage merchandizing plans for the partners - Develop and track metrics for performance on partner points of sale - Keep abreast of and analyze Customer, Competition and overall Market data Business Development : - Increase number of distribution points as per the target - Prospect and onboard new/existing relationships for new product lines - Prospect and transition to new business models as per business requirement Operations : - Ensure product listing/ cataloging/ stock uploads - Define order timelines and Order Delivery SLA with partners and liaise with SCM to get the orders executed OTIF - Manage receivables and account reconciliation with respect to partners - Co-ordinate with Marketing for collaterals
