Wildcraft - Company Secretary & Taxation Head

Reports to : CFO

Supervisory Role : Yes

Direct Reportees : Statutory and tax team and external consultants

Ensuring Statutory compliance such as Excise, VAT & Direct taxation

Ensuring Labour & Shops and Establishment compliance

Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance on critical factors and adherence to the processes

Qualification and Experience : CA+CS+ LLB (desired), with 3 to 5 years experience in taxation and compliance
