The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization. Your primary goal will be to increase organization's productivity, efficiency, and profitability. You will advise the Founders on key operational insights as well as provide coaching to employees.

Responsibilities

1. Produce annual operation forecasting report and strategy

2. Run & evaluate day-to-day operations of the company

3. Identify new market opportunities to accelerate growth

4. Present operational strategy recommendations to the founders based on your market research

Qualifications

1. Min. 4 Years' of executive experience

2. Tier 1/Tier 2 Institute Graduate & Post Graduate

3. Strategic planning and business development experience

4. Strong written and verbal and presentation skills

5. Strong leadership, organisational & negotiation skills
