RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. The person shall be directly reporting to Founders.

2. Assist Founders in defining efficient & scalable processes for different departments.

3. Assist Founders in creating, evaluating and executing the expansion strategy.

4. Act as the first point of communication for core members, industry and government delegates.

5. Assist in hiring of key roles, assess the performance and keep them encouraged.

6. Will be a part of board room discussions.
