WiJungle - Assistant Vice President - Operations

Company Operations

- Shape WiJungle operations, incl. tools and processes, and oversee the daily operations related to inventory management, appliance shipment, import-export, Quality Assurance, Channel Partners etc.

- Lead and supervise the People & Operations team.

- Assist in the creation and implementation of programs and operational processes that are designed to ensure sustainability and scalability

- Report on company KPIs and leverage data to assess company performance.

- Help develop, communicate, and implement company strategies, in collaboration with the respective department heads and senior management.

- Support team leads in their planning and goal-setting processes, and facilitate cross-team collaboration.

- Maintain a system of daily, weekly and monthly activity reporting for departmental metrics

What do we expect from you?

- 3+ years of experience in Operations Rule in a tech startup environment, preferably in SaaS & Channel Partner Ecosystem. A proven scale-up track record, that's what you're bringing to the table.

- Exceptional competency in strategic planning.

- Proven history of strong execution and delivery

- Outstanding communication, organizational and management skills. In line with our DNA, you believe in the value of participation.

- Hands-on and flexible attitude. We're a small yet fast-growing organization; you know when to do things yourself and when to delegate.

- Tech-savvy with a strong data analysis skillset. You are good at modelling business processes to identify inefficiencies, and leverage digital tools (e.g., Zapier, Google Sheets) to integrate data and seek automation where possible.

- Sustain fast paced environment & have ability to prioritize speed over quality wherever required
