- Have an upper hand in an Inside Sales role and expected to be open to learning and feedback.
- Be a conversation initiator and keep people engaged. To work with different personas and efficiently build champions within your prospects Organisation.
- Work in a metrics driven high-velocity, high touch Inside Sales environment.
- Know how to move opportunities through stages and present a reliable forecast.
- Bend of technical and consultative mind. Expected to be transition prospects from a lead stage to paid customer and be their Spoc during their trial/evaluation phase.
- Deliver demos and presentations to prospects across different regions and have to be up to speed with our competitor landscape and our unique positioning.
- To display a strong capacity to adapt to evolving workflows, metrics and style of selling.
- To work across different geographical areas and adapt to different approaches that work in different regions, which means one should to be open to work in a different region as per the demands of the business.
- Stand up for additional responsibilities and tasks and happy to wear multiple hats.
- Focus primarily on New Business and able to manage renewals/upgrades if required.
- Work with cross functional departments and contribute towards product feedback and roadmap.
- Have an eye for detail. Be capable of keeping clean and detailed CRM logs and follow workflow and internal approvals without fail.
- Work hand in hand with a Sales development function. Mentoring ability will be a great value added.
Salary : 6-8 LPA
