Associate Program Management - APM will acquire, maintain, and expand channel partners based on Geography, Market & Products. The Channel Partner manager is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and partner acquisition targets. - The channel partner manager will formulate business plans based on guidelines laid down by Wigzo Technology and set the strategic direction for Wigzo's International vertical. Responsibilities: - Primary responsibility for this role is to drive sales through their managed Channel Partners and to ensure sales targets is being exceeded - Act as the primary liaison between Channel Partner and Wigzo, the individual should establish solid working relationships internally with all the required stakeholder function, e.g., Sales, Product, Marketing and Management - Lead setting Channel Partner strategy, account/territory plan, Go-To-Market plan, resource/invest plan and forecasting revenue, and capable to actively manage Channel Partner's opportunity, understanding, monitoring, and reacting to where Channel Partner is against year-to-date revenue, reporting on any significant trends, and responsible of business updates through regular Weekly/Monthly/ Quarterly Business Reviews at senior levels - Lead key relationships with members of Channel Partner, and ensure appropriate executive mappings are in place, and spend majority of their time with Channel Partners to become an integral part of their team and business, to execute aligned plans and to gather and prioritize issues impacting success - Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in co-ordination with Channel Partners and ensure complete compliance with all Channel Partner agreements / contracts while managing potential channel partner conflicts - Plan and implement marketing initiatives (product seminars, workshops, Trade shows, etc.) to facilitate high visibility, market share and profitability for Wigzo through the Channel Partners. Also define and implement annual marketing initiatives aimed at achieving both strategic and tactical goals of the company - Successfully perform on business metrics to maximize customer contact, awareness and business growth and conduct regular training programs to improve technical abilities of the channel partners and proactively assesses, clarifies and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis - Co-ordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, product, and management team, to meet partner performance objectives Minimum Qualifications: - MBA from a tier 1/2 college with 1-3 years of experience ( Graduates with experience can also apply) - Self-motivated combined with the ability to influence strategy and execute without monitoring - Working knowledge and/or experience selling technology solutions through Channel Partners - Ability to develop strong relationships at management level and can liaise and negotiate with Channel Partners - Strong leadership skills and the ability to describe market transitions and develop and lead/influence local and virtual teams - Strong business acumen, time management, organizational, and negotiation skills - Strong communication skills - The ability to work in a fast paced and high growth environment - Travel is required
