Designation: Sr. Manager/Asst. General Manager - Finance Operations

We are looking for a reliable candidate to join our team for Pricing and Warehouse management!

The candidate will be responsible for leading accounting & finance management of Warehouse, pricing strategy of products and managing product and services profitability. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for establishing and implementing systems for Internal Controls and lead stock Audits.

Wiggles is a Start-up and every start up has its own challenges. The candidate will be handling a team of accountants and should be willing to do ground work enthusiastically and collaborate with cross functional team effectively.

Work Responsibilities include;

Lead Warehouse and Pricing function independently.

Job responsibilities include;

- Accurately manage ware-house stock accounting (its quantity and value),

- Maintain SKU wise stock register of all ware house incl. The ones to be added on PAN India basis,

- Assist in preparing strategy for quick movement of stock, product discounts, pricing and Inventory management.

- Work closely with business analysis team to analyze product discounts and demand and supply gap.

- Analyse data and presentation to management in sync with Business analysis team on monthly basis.

- Improvise (on regular basis) with formats

- Forecast SKU wise demand in advance and assist procurement team with their planning and analysis.

- Preparation & Analysis of Budgets and Quarterly forecasts

- Review with teams at regular intervals of budgets and forecasts

- Provide feeders to management on trends and developments in industry and start-up environment

- Lead stock audits

- Support Secretarial and Legal departments

- Other activities in regular course of business.

Qualifications/Other Attributes

- Chartered Accountant/MBA with 4-5 years of relevant work experience.

- Should be a self starter, pro-active and have ability to handle things independently.

- Should be able to travel PAN India and work in warehouses.

- Excellent in Excel with an ability to develop flow charts and develop internal controls.

- Process oriented and analytical blend of mind.

- Ability to multi task with sharp attention on details.
