We are looking for an Operations Manager whose responsibilities include designing policies, overseeing customer service and implementing technology solutions. You should be a responsible leader with an analytical and strategic mind and have a broad knowledge of the business. If you're also committed to productivity and compliance, we'd like to meet you.

Experience : 5+ Years of work experience as a Operations Manager, Sr Operations Executive or similar role

Qualification : Graduate/ Post Graduate degree preferably in business or similar fields

Location : Pune (Work from Office)

Responsibilities :

- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way

- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices

- Oversee warehouse efficiency

- Develop goals that complement the overarching business goals of the company and coordinate staff to continually meet and exceed goals.

- Help the organization's processes remain legally compliant

- Formulate strategic and operational objectives

- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability

- Manage budgets and forecasts

- Creating and implementing a strategy to improve the collection of outstanding credit

- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs

- Recruit, train and supervise staff

- Find ways to increase quality of customer service

- Coordinates with other support departments such as human resources, finance, and logistics to ensure successful production operations.

- Oversees the shipping and receiving functions.

- Assists with, or prepares and updates, organizations operations manual and policies.

- Performs other related duties as required.

Requirements :

- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role

- Strong knowledge of D2C, B2B and supply chain efficiency

- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management

- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting

- Good with numbers and financial planning

- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

- Excellent organizational and leadership ability

- Analytical mind

- Problem-solving aptitude

- Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
