Creative Director - Content & Social

Wiggles India is hiring a Creative Director, an advertising professional who is in charge of the company's creative and marketing efforts. They plan out contents, monitor campaigns that use their company's assets for promotion purposes and revise presentations as needed along with shaping brand standards. We're searching for an experienced Creative Director to provide direction and ideas to our creative team as they launch new and exciting initiatives. You'll come up with ideas and strategies for a project and keep track of its progress.

We have created a 360- ecosystem by way of offerings to cater to all that a pet needs right from Puppyhood to Senior.

Wiggles aims to help pet parents and owners in their journey through pethood by providing all that a pet needs for all life stages delivered to their home, completely hassle-free.

Responsibilities Include:

- Drive Creative excellence across all content, campaigns & communication (internal / external)

- Drive Content experience across channels (360) - owned media (website, community, blogs), Earned media (social, PR), Paid media (performance, campaigns)

- Design & Execute content/creative strategy basis business objectives

- Build & Grow social media practice delivering on brand love, awareness & customer engagement with special focus on video content, platform innovations, editorial excellence, partnerships & collabs

- Directing and motivating teams of Designers, Content, copywriters etc. to help them use their talents effectively

- Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team

- Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals

- Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future

- Measure & report effectiveness of creative efforts

Candidate Skills and attributes:

- BBA/BA in advertising, fine art, design or relevant field; MBA/MA will be considered an advantage

- Prior 5 to 7yrs experience as a creative director or in a similar creative role

- Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development

- Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.

- Outstanding leadership and organization skills

- Good communicator as well as collaborator with the right set of attitudes and ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.

- Patient listener & Multitasker.

- Quick decision-maker.
